Maui Farmer Support Network (MFSN) is a grassroots, volunteer-driven organization. MFSN Events bring people together to support local farms and food producers through shared effort and mutual aid. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. MFSN is not responsible for injury or loss incurred during these activities. Please care for your body, take breaks as needed, and practice safety and aloha throughout the day.
Participant Agreement to Respectful Conduct:
I agree to engage respectfully and compassionately with all participants and facilitators. MFSN Events are a safe and inclusive space for all.
Assumption of Risk (if physical activities are involved):
I understand that participating in MFSN Event activities may involve light physical movement, walking, or exposure to natural outdoor elements. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release MFSN and its affiliates from any liability resulting from injury or illness incurred during the event.
COVID-19 or Communicable Disease Disclaimer (if relevant):
I understand that attending public events carries a risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including COVID-19, and I voluntarily assume this risk by participating in MFSN Events.
Photo & Media Notice:
A professional photographer may be present during today’s event. Photos taken may be used by MFSN for future event promotions, and funding reports, including print materials, social media, and other outreach. IMPORTANT: If we would like to use a photo that clearly identifies you, we will ask for your approval first.
By checking the liability checkbox when you sign up for MFSN, you acknowledge your understanding of the above and give your consent to participate with MFSN under these conditions.
