Haleakalā Farm is owned and operated by Caprice Mallett, and  located on the upper slopes of Haleakalā. This farm began as a specialized succulent farm, and over the years, Caprice has expanded the farm’s bounty to include stone fruits and garden crops, as well as garlic production. Alongside these, the farm cultivates nasturtium, and other edible flowers, bringing a spectrum of color and flavor to the farm. One of Haleakalā Farm’s signature delights is their handcrafted shortbread cookie, adorned with vibrant edible flowers from the garden, adding a delicate, natural beauty to every bite.
