Join MFSN for a morning of kōkua at Hale Akua Garden Farm, helping with hands-on maintenance in the Grace Garden agroforestry system. Then, wind down with an afternoon of poolside relaxation, snacks, and talk story. Come give back, connect, and enjoy some island-style downtime.

About the event
Join MFSN for an morning of on-farm volunteer support... We are asking for your kokua as we honor Hale Akua Garden Farm for all their support for our events. The project will focus on Grace Garden, where we will provide maintenance for a mature agorforestry system. Work will include cutting and digging out cane grass, pruning bele, harvesting and replanting cassava, and planting a taro patch. Volunteers can take bele and cassava cuttings home too! Itʻs our turn to support them in completing a larger task.
And then... afternoon of relaxation, laughter, and simple island joy. We invite you to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy good company, good food, and good times! Featuring light picnic snacks, comfortable lounge spaces, and plenty of time to unwind poolside. Come to float, snack, talk story, or simply breathe a little deeper.
