About the event
Come gather with us for Harvest Keepers: Homemade Mayo & Food Fermentation, a hands-on workshop focused on traditional food skills that help us honor and preserve the harvest.
In this session, we’ll learn how to make fresh, homemade mayonnaise from scratch, using simple, wholesome ingredients. We’ll also explore the basics of food fermentation—a time-honored method of preserving food that enhances flavor, nutrition, and longevity.
Together, we’ll practice practical ways to reduce food waste, stretch seasonal abundance, and transform everyday ingredients into nourishing staples for the home kitchen.
After this event, we will be hosting Luana Days: Pool Party - come join us!
