Show Up, Speak Up, Be Heard, a program supporting women farmers in Maui County to grow confidence, find their voice, and build meaningful connections. The initial gathering is online. The goal of the program is to help participants speak up authentically and powerfully.

About the event
Show Up, Speak Up, Be Heard is designed to help women farmers across Maui County find, trust, and use their voice in ways that feel authentic and empowering. The program begins with an online kickoff, creating a welcoming space to connect and set intentions.
Woman Farmers can receive one-on-one coaching, attend in-person gatherings, and get support with content creation — all while developing friendships, strengthening their confidence, and lifting up voices that are often overlooked.
Together, we are strengthening Hawaiʻi’s agricultural voice, ensuring women farmers are seen, heard, and supported in sharing their stories. This program is made possible through a grant from the Women’s Fund of Hawaiʻi.
